In the current phase of this project, the County’s Department of Environmental Protection (MoCo DEP) welcomes comments and suggestions from residents of our neighborhood—especially by the end of March 2016, when technical planning will intensify. There will be later opportunities for public comment, but comments are most helpful at the earlier stage.
