Many thanks to our Halloween Parade co-chairs, Marinel Martinez & Leah Spencer, for a organizing a well-attended and fun Sligo Woods Halloween Parade! From Leah: “There was a great turn-out and families seemed to appreciate having the event on the weekend before Halloween instead of right before trick-or-treating. A few neighbors came out to watch and several donated treats and drinks to enjoy at the park at the end of the route. It was really lovely to have time to connect as a community at the end and see the local children dressed up and playing on our fabulous new playground.”
