While you enjoy the annual picnic, be sure to stop by the arts and crafts expo inside the Sligo-Dennis building. Your artistic, crafty, and creative neighbors will have their works on display and for sale.
Even if you aren’t looking to buy, this is a great chance to get to know your neighbors with similar interests.

Join your neighbors, meet new friends, and enjoy food, fun, and festivities. This is the Civic Association’s biggest social event of the year. There will be grills available to grill your meats (or veggie burgers).
Please brring a dish to share! Bring blankets, chairs, and games!

The Montgomery Police Department will be presenting on pedestrian safety. This is a big issue of concern for the entire Sligo Woods Neighborhood.

Sligo Dennis Park Building — 10200 Sligo Parkway
There is limited parking in the parking lot on either side of the building. If no parking is available, you can park on Tenbrook and take the connector at the end of Dryden to walk to the park.
If you park on Tenbrook, please be aware of traffic. Also, respect your neighbors and do not block driveways.
